About warranty regulations
01/ Wiring installation with the positive and negative poles reversed
02/ There is a safety device in the battery pack, and the battery structure is dissected or changed without authorization
03/ Use metal to directly connect the positive and negative poles to short-circuit
04/ Regardless of the reason, once water is found inside the battery, the warranty service will be terminated
05/ It is strictly forbidden to drop, impact, squeeze, or pierce the battery
06/ Problems caused by incorrect charging installation and touching
07/ Unauthorized addition of electrical equipment. Charger quality problems, incorrect matching methods, improper use resulting in inability to use
08/ Losses caused by tearing off the label without installation or customer reasons
09/ Unauthorized modification of the battery, unauthorized disassembly, etc. causing problems
10/ Accidents caused by not using it according to the instructions and precautions
