• About battery life

1. For electric two-wheelers with power of 1000W or less, the mileage of 1Ah capacity is about 2-3 kilometers; (Specifics also depend on the load and motor performance)

2. For three- and four-wheel electric vehicles with power of 1500W or less, the mileage of 1Ah capacity is about 1.5-2.5 kilometers; (Specifics also depend on the load and motor performance)

3. For low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles with power of 3000W or less, the mileage of 1Ah capacity is about 1-2 kilometers; (Specifics also depend on the load and motor performance)

4. The battery life of three- and four-wheel electric vehicles has a large deviation. If you have any needs, please contact customer service before placing an order; it does not support two-wheel motors above 1500W. If you buy it, it will cause a large deviation in the battery life and it is easy to lose power (please consider carefully)

Battery life is not a quality problem, and you need to bear the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.

The cruising range marked on the SKU and details page of this product is the actual measured mileage of a conventional 500W motor two-wheeled vehicle without load. Since there are many factors that determine the cruising range, such as motor power, driving habits, road conditions, temperature, load-bearing, etc., each vehicle will have different conditions and there will be deviations. The actual cruising range is subject to the actual use. Customers cannot apply for return and refund based on reasons related to cruising range; if the product is damaged by human factors such as water ingress, disassembly, bumping, improper charging and discharging, etc., you need to contact customer service for paid repairs. After the customer pays, it is assumed that the above relevant agreements are accepted.

• About purchasing

1. Confirm the voltage of the electric vehicle

V (volt): represents the battery voltage. Determine the voltage of the new battery according to the voltage of the old battery charger. The voltage of the new battery must be the same as the old battery.

AH (ampere-hour): represents the battery capacity. The larger the capacity, the longer the battery life (each AH power reference battery life is about 2-3 kilometers!).

2. Confirm the shape/installation position/inner size of the battery compartment

3. Confirm the voltage

4. Confirm the power of the electric vehicle (W)

Find the nameplate on the body of the electric vehicle to confirm the power. The position of the nameplate of each brand of electric vehicles will be different. The rated power is the motor power.

• About Charging

1. You must use a charger specially equipped or certified by our company to charge, otherwise it may shorten the battery life or cause the battery to fail and terminate the warranty service.

2. It is forbidden to directly touch the positive and negative ends with conductive objects.

3. Please charge the battery within 0°C~40°C. For daily use, the charger can be charged at any time.

4. When the battery leaves the factory, there is only a small amount of power. Please charge the battery fully before use

5. In order to ensure your life safety, it is strictly forbidden to take it home or charge it indoors, and it is strictly forbidden to charge it in an unattended place. When charging, please place the charger and battery in an open and safe place that is ventilated, stable, dry, free of flammable and explosive items, and out of reach of children.

6. The charger may heat up during charging, as long as the temperature does not exceed 60°C, it is normal.

7. After the battery is fully discharged, it should be charged in time and the charging time should be no less than 3 hours.

• About discharge

1. This product can only be used on electric vehicles with specified voltage performance matching, and must not be used for other electrical equipment, otherwise the warranty will be void.

2. Damage or unreasonable configuration of the controller, motor, horn, lighting equipment, etc. of the electric vehicle will cause the battery to discharge with a large current. At this time, the battery will stop outputting for protection. Turn off the power and restart to recover, which will not affect your riding.

3. The applicable temperature range of this product: -10~45°C. Like all other batteries, the battery utilization energy decreases as the temperature decreases, which is a normal phenomenon

4. When using lithium batteries, avoid water entering the battery. Beverages and corrosive liquids may cause leakage, heating, smoking, fire and explosion of the battery.

5. It is forbidden to use more than two groups of batteries in series or in parallel without permission, otherwise the warranty will be void.
